Will Urf the Manatee ever be playable?
Urf the Manatee has been a cultural icon of league for many years. So why isn't he playable? Think of all the RP it would sell Riot pls [sg-janna]

he was actually a playable characters once for april fools. Got removed right after.
His kit was so generic and model so horrible tho ^^
