Nexus Blitz needs longer select time at start

Tons of games I am the only one who selects within the like 7 seconds people have to choose their champ at the start of the game. Why not give us like 15 seconds, at the least? It's not like people aren't going to play. I just don't like the idea that I am banning someone people might play.
