Heimerdinger's turrets need a tweak
Heimerdinger's end game turrets were always lackluster, and people complained about them being too weak. RIOT buffed the turrets, but after the change to his ult--which gave him a massive damage nuke as well as an amazing, under used initiation stun--Heimerdinger became more than just that guy who stands in a triangle of damage.
Yet that's all you see, the triangle of damage, camping Heimerdinger. Boring...
I'd like to see more Heimerdinger who uses that stun correctly to start a fight, or more Heimerdinger who lands that focused-fire skillshot of death. Camping Heimerdinger is boring and encourages poor play.
What I suggest is to make it so Heimerdinger can only have two turrets at any one time. They'll still do plenty of DPS to divers, but they'll remove that invulnerable lane bubble that three provide.
