Co-op vs AI overrun with bot accounts

I like to practice a new champion on co-op vs AI, but this is quite painful at the moment due to a high number of bot accounts. 1 bot in the game is an irritation (it takes the only solo lane and feeds), but 3+ can be unwinnable (depending on the human players' champions).

I suggest removing the dodge and leaving penalties for these games.
