Poison trail invisible when Singed offscreen
When Singed goes into fog of war, poison trail disappears. It reappears when he becomes visible again. Unsure whether it damages while invisible.

This at the moment is intended. Whenever Singed goes into hiding, his trail disappears - this also applies to any champion with skill abilities that telegraph to the opponent such as Sion and Nunu.
That has been considered by many to be a game mechanic by many for a while (although I disagree). Btw yes it damages.
Nunu's ult does the same thing when he is in a bush.
