Hextech crafting

With the release of champion 6-7 mastery is there any possibility that we can disenchant skin shards into either orange essence or blue essence. Some people like myself don't really care about cosmetics in league and would rather get mastery levels rather than a skin. I feel like this would be fair due to skins being higher value than champions due to the fact that they cost money instead of time.

Tl:DR: make skins shards disenchant into blue or orange essence depending on what you prefer.
