at anytime does riot plan to increase the overall impact top lane has specifically top lane tanks. as it stands now u can go 0/3 in lane and as long as you support your bot lane well in team fights it doesn't matter. your overall impact on the game is minimal. unless u play a champ like fiora top and crush your lane your not gonna be able to use any kind of a lead to help your team win the mid game. also the resolve tree is awful. there should be some better options that focus tank scaling. an adaptive armor rune like for 100 bonus armor gain 10 mr, things of that nature
