If Cho can reach 7k health we need more items to help deal with that.
Seems like certain tanks (but cho seems to be the worst) can reach ludicrous amounts of tankiness and just walk into your team and win. Doesnt help that turrets do nothing to even a Janna nowadays but even a whole team has trouble scratching the paint on these health monsters. No champ should be able to dive and fight most if not all your team and still dish out damage to such a degree. Really <1000 true damage. You know that's nearly the entire health bar of some champs right? At least Darius has to build few stacks of bleed giving your team a few moments to maybe kill him.
can easily get that hp from ult with a combination of some hp items but if any other tank does that they won't have much resistances which leads to %hp destroying their "tankyness" or any % of lifesteal turning them into a health pot
