Riot indirectly nerfed an already almost never-used keystone with the support item changes

The keystone I'm talking about, of course, is Glacial Augment, which took a big hit with the removal of Frost Queen's Claim. The main users of the keystone were Aurelion Sol, Bard, and Ekko (and Bard and Ekko only brought it in special builds). Bard and Ekko practically only brought it because they purchased Frost Queen's Claim as main items (Ekko only bought it for the build), but Aurelion Sol can proc it off his Hextech GLP. However, with Frost Queen's Claim being removed from the game, you have to buy something like Gunblade (which Ekko could buy) or Randuins (which Bard could buy). These support item changes are going to completely eliminate the Frost Queen's Glacial Augment Ekko build and have Bard bring something else like Guardian or Aery (or my favorite, Fleet Footwork). Aurelion Sol might still bring it, but Phase Rush is also a good option on him.

So that knocks the (reliable) users of Glacial Augment down to about 1.

Just because of Riot not being able to come up with a different solution to the whole support item start fiasco.

Just remove Overheal for another keystone so that you don't have to ruin a slightly "fun" part of support items-the gold quest.

At least add Frost Queen's Claim again as an AP item and not a support item. Same affect with the speedup from spells, just no extra gold gain or mana regen or any of that. Make it an AP item like Rylais.

TL;DR: Removing the fun support items was an indirect huge nerf to Glacial Augment, remake Frost Queen's Claim as an AP item not a support item.
