The tank meta is going to lead to an adc meta

With the introduction of the jungler tank items, tanks have become a dominating force. They've been able to tank large amount of dmg, while dealing large amounts of cc, and decent dmg via gromp/cinderhulk. The thing with tanks is, the only role that can effectively kill them are adc's. Anything else will have a large amount of trouble with tanks, and won't be able to really kill them at all (rip my main poppy). The fact that adc's need to be able to kill tanks better will lead to an adc meta where adc's are the focus of the team to destroy the tanks. Even tank killer champions like koggles are having trouble with killing tanks though. This will eventually lead to a buff cycle for the adc's putting more power in their damage, and considering riot, they'll also kill tanks as well leading to a place where tanks are weak, while adc's are overbuffed to counter the powerful tanks that are nonexistant.
