What's the point in These marksmen item Price changes?

Like 100-200 gold difference feels like literally nothing on champs that have the easiest time farming. most games now have ADCs having the most CS in a game, so such small price increases do so little and the price decrease on life steal items does literally nothing but make them stronger because that just means faster sustain on champs that already have so many sustain options.

Among other things aside from these useless price changes, this Marksmen change hasn't been that good. instead, all of it has kinda pushed them even further into being the most overwhelming class right now. and pushed some of their items into specific champs that can just abuse the heck out of them.
