I mean her basic attacks already proc spellthiefs, does it mean she can get 2 procs in one AA?
Does she get a proc when someone she shielded attacks

Judging by the tooltip, this means it is for Lulu only; a shielded ally likely will not proc Tribute for her.
Deep Terror Nami1 votesThe Pix attacks from a shielded ally, if I'm not mistaken, count as attacks from them so that you can't accidentally steal CS and kills with it. I don't believe it will proc if it's on an allied champion (though if it's on a minion or such, those certainly count as yours).
But yes, one auto will proc Spellthief's twice if Pix's attack also hits a champion.
