@ Riot Got an AFK Penalty because the new client crashed

• I play rank
• Client crashed
• It says it was an internet problem, but I checked my internet my searching up things on Google and what now and it worked perfectly
• I try to open the client again, doesn't work
• It keeps showing a blue screen the size of the client in top left corner, but nothing is happening
• I keep opening and closing League client until it finally opens
• This is around 5 - 10 minutes in and when I open client a window pops up that says "UPDATING... ETA 0 MIN. 0.0MB/0.0MB."
• Never saw this happen before so I look up solution
• Found Rioter post about it on a Reddit thread, so I try the solution and it works
• Open game, only to find us losing badly
• I open chat to tell my team sorry and how my client crashed
• They all say "report brytah"
• Game ends
• I get reported
• I am now stuck with penalties because the League client is bugged

Riot? Why should I be penalized for you client crashing and bugging ):
