Just got an S on , i'm m6 with her so why didn't I get an m7 token???

one of my friends said its possible that its because we were in aram but I've gotten m7 tokens in aram before so i'm really confused

Just to prove I got an S my score was 14/7/34 with a cs score of 67 and gold was at 13,465

I just got my 3rd S grade on shen since having gotten him to M6, and I only have 1 M7 token. Not sure whats up, but its annoying.
