why does she get such a short CD on her Ult anyway? this is stupid. otherwise make it fair and decrease CD on ALL Ults. id like Talon to have a 30 second Ult CD at point 1 as well.

I agree on that one, Lux is indeed weak, but buffing her ult CD wasn't the right thing to do (making her annoying, and still not good). Q+E+R is the thing to avoid about Lux, allowing her to kill 2 people at once if she can (a thing like this should have a HUGE cooldown), at level 16 with 40% cdr, she can do it every 15seconds and it's a bit ridiculous
