Yasuo's upcoming nerfs...
"We at Riot realize that Yasuo may be a bit too strong now that he has a 63.99% Ban rate and a 19.23% pick rate, giving him a 83.22 Pick/Ban with a win rate over 51% in three lanes and almost 56% in one of those lanes. As such, we have decided to take some of his power away from some areas to give him a more focused route to victory or defeat.
Changes: Passive - Resolve: Now grants flow for every 61/54/47 (based on level) units moved. Up from 59/52.5/46 To compensate for that we have increased the Shield to 120-530 (based on level), up from 100-510 and increased the duration from 1 second to 1.25
Steel Tempest Cooldown increased early from 4 seconds to 4.25 seconds but decreased at max attack speed to 1 second. Due to this nerf, base damage will be increased to 25/55/80/105/135 from 20 / 45 / 70 / 95 / 120 (+ 100% AD)
Wind Wall This ability seems to be the one that gets the most hate. So we are going to decrease the duration from a total of 4 seconds to 3.5 seconds. To compensate we will decrease the cooldown from 26 / 24 / 22 / 20 / 18 to 20/18/16/14/12.
Sweeping Blade Due to the severity of nerfs in other areas, Sweeping Blade will now reset cooldown on all targets after Yasuo achieves a takedown. Additionally, if Yasuo kills a minion, large minion or any monster, Sweeping Blade's CD on each target will lower by 1 second.
Last Breath Base AD lowered from 200 / 300 / 400 to 175/250/325. AD Ratio up from 150% to 225% Range decreased from 1,400 to 1,350. New Ability - Second Cast: During the ultimate or up to 1.5 seconds after, Yasuo may use the ability again to return to their original spot. New Ability - Untargetable: While in the air, Yasuo is untargetable and gains 30% lifesteal during the ultimate and for 2.5 seconds after.
Oh, Base Movement Speed down from 345 to 340.
We feel this should be sufficient to keep Yasuo from being in every game."
This is what I imagine will be coming for for Yasuo's "nerfs." :)
Can his ban rate really get any higher??? That is the only thing that seems to keep him out of anyone's games now.
