How are the new SKT skins on the PBE going to interact with the old SKT skins?

Are the new SKT Skins on the PBE going to take the place of the old ones? Will they become "SKT 20xx" skins, where each set has its own year? What's going to happen?

They pulled the old ones these are the only 'new' skt skins since last year (?)
