Is Riot ever going to address the Que time issue 8-15+ minutes for gold games!

Riot this is unacceptable Que times has always been a part of your main focus yet you are allowing this to continue with out a peep of information about it being a problem. The fact that if your secondary is fill or support you become a support main has drifted secondary supports to secondary a different role so they can get their primary more often and as long as this system is designed to give secondary or fill supports that role 95% of the time this problem will get worse. Riot do you have a plan for this?
