Que wait times are absolutely rediculous here's why..

The que times for ranked team builder is absolutely a mistake on riots part. I had to wait 35 minutes to get in a game last night due to dodges and another 30 minutes today.

1.) You should not kick people for not banning in time. Just skip the ban like before. This may sound like a bad idea but to wait 35 minutes due to dodges is far worse.

2.) cut these timers down by 10 seconds please. Who needs 40 seconds to pick a champion.30 seconds is plenty.

3.) Make a warning message pop up for a month that let's people know they will be dodged for not locking in.

There has to be more ideas bit these wait times are sickening. I would rather have afks show up in my games periodically than wait 20-30 min to get in a game.

Please riot look into this issue.
