You'd want to go nashor's tooth, possibly a runnan's, and possibly a guinsoo's. Getting a frost queen's as well could be a decent buy as even if you just get the starting item the sheer amount of gold between that and his passive would allow you to buy big items really quickly.

Attack speed. You want tri force, rapid fire cannon, Bork can be nice, berserkers greaves, I.E, maybe a blood thirster? Play around with it. Core items are tri force and rapid fire cannon though

get that's the best item that you can get and it makes adc tf somewhat viable. Long range stuns are devastating.

next just build him like a regular adc

you can also build lots of attack speed cause the swooshy sound his autos make is fun

Make sure to max E for the attack speed and on-hit buff, then probably W second because your Q does negligible damage without any AP. Other than that, I think on-hit items are good, like bortk and maybe guinsoos. Think of Kog. Frozen Mallet and Runaans work well together if you don't want to use your Red card and those items will help your team more.
