@Meddler/the balance team: Can we talk about Brand?

He could use some QoL buffs. I had this whole essay typed about he needed a minor rework but after some thought I like the way he is now. He fills a pretty underrepresented role in "Combo mage" that's only shared by a few other champions. I think he's in need of a few non-damage buffs that would really help him shine.

His E range needs to be higher. -This is the big one. It would allow him to combo fluidly again while not giving up his relative safety and really just help him out considerably. _If you choose one thing on this list please let it be this one. _

**His ult needs to prioritize champions regardless of Blaze. ** -I feel like his ult needs to be reliable even without his passive (because normally you start off your combo with your ult anyway).

Change his passive to be 1% of their max health every half second for 4 seconds -This one is pretty trivial. His passive does a lot of damage over time and I feel like making the DoT more often would help show this.

Allow him to Q flash properly. -Right now Q flashing makes his Q particle start from where you originally were, not from his new location. Try it out in a custom game really quick. It's really awkward. Remember: Q then flash. -Pretty much every other mage can do this. Lux Q, Xerath Q and E, Vel'Koz Q and W, Ahri Q and E, the list goes on and on. Please help our poor little Brand's E (and Elise cocoon).

Make his E "check" if the target is ablaze shortly after it's cast -None of his abilities are instant. So if his target isn't Ablaze the INSTANT you press E, it won't spread. This actually PUNISHES those who combo quickly. Similar to when you could hit Distortion faster than your Sigil as LeBlanc. Or when you could Arcanopulse your target before your Mage Chains mark hit them as pre-rework Xerath. -I'm saying make the "check" similar to that of Cass' E or even Diana's R. If the mark, poison and moonlight respectively, hits the target shortly after their E and R, it still lowers their cooldowns. Please do something similar for Brand.
