Just had a game laning with Nasus. I didn't feed him or anything and yet he still wrecks the team. Is there something certain I can build. Maybe different masteries just for him. I build straight into Trinity and then go tanky from there. Any tips?

All I can really recommend is to have a strong early game jungler and call them to gank your lane early. You should be sure to avoid pushing the minion wave under Nasus' tower so that you can still harass him and leave him vulnerable to ganks (while protecting yourself).
If you get counterpicked by Nasus, it might be a good idea to swap with your bottom lane so they can bully him away from CS. You will be denied as well, but Bladesurge can help you last hit under tower and you will be prepared for it.
Worst comes to worse, hope someone on your team is capable of kiting Nasus out during teamfights while you focus on assassinating the enemy backline.

You start early game by denying him stacks with e. Stun him when he tries to last hit repeatedly so he is denied the cs. He'll end up regenerating the damage and get stunned over and over and over.
Once you power spike, you need to be able to engage and damage him while being able to escape repeatedly. With his ult he beats you in a straight fight. However with just a low level wither he will lose to Hiten Style. Regenerate on the creeps with your ultimate if need be and keep forcing engages and stunning him but don't try to duel to the death unless his ult is on cooldown.
If you really want to counter build him, Nasus hates thornmail.

MLDzXnRRR1 votesKill him many times before 6? Then gank mid 1-2 times and tp bottom? Then take towers and Baron, and siege? Nasus can't splitpush, if his team is turtling in the base. You have a lane with him until lvl 9-10, then he can kill you, so don't waste your time.
Hasztalan21 votesYou can't. Irelia relies on 2 things: her true damage and massive AS for hitting as much as possible while her W is active. Guess what Susan does with his W? Shuts down AA based gods. Unless you buy a quicksilver you'll never be able to face him 1o1.
Phatdiamond1 votesThe problem isn't Irelia. It's Nasus. You can completely dominate lane against Nasus for 15 minutes and it doesn't matter. Nasus just camps top until he has 500+ stacks, then joins the group. I ban him, it's not worth the effort. While he's really immobile and easily countered by high CC teams, it's boring to play against and there's no guarantee my team won't pick a bunch of assassins. Infinite scaling sucks.
