Talon is a powerful assassin that can harrass champions when he gets really fed. The only thing that he can actually kill people is his ultimate. His ultimate shreds champions to shreds. Should we nerf his ultimate's damage by little bit. He gets fed really quick because of his quick cs time and when he gets maybe 1 or 2 champion kills. What do you think we should do?

... So what? Is there a problem with him that you want him nerfed or did you just decide you wanted to nerf him out of the blue?
Actually, Talon doesn't harass people when he gets ahead, he kills them... That's kind of the nature of an assassin.
The flip-side being that if he falls behind... he... well, he falls behind.
This is the first talon QQ thread ive seen in a while. I wont forget it. But as stated before talon either kills you or feeds until the game ends. There is not much harass in between. Talon's already had his entire kit minus his ass passive nerfed and most of his core items nerfed. What more can we take from him but his legs?
