Riot, why do you not modernize all item icons unless they are getting reworked?

The artwork for reworked items like and new items of the past couple of seasons looks amazing! Some of the other items look half decent like but the majority of items and nearly all components look like a piece of shit 2006 microsoft paint creation. seriously look at .
