After relative success on r/TeemoTalks, here's some Teemo Starter items.
Was bored, so I decided to make some Teemo-specific starter items. Considering the Teemo mains didn't put my head on a pike, and one even suggesting replacing the passive with this ability to Specialize, I think it did well enough.
**Poison Jar. **+life; +damage to minions. Unique passive -- Specialize: For every [x] CS with this item equipped, enemy champions may be affected by 1 additional stack of poison (duration increases, not DPS), and poison damage increases by [small-moderate].
Stalker's Glass. +life; Unique -- Favor: Gain Life, Mana, and Gold when a nearby minion is not killed by you. Unique Passive -- Specialize: For every [x] minions that grant Favor, increase sight radius of shrooms and wards by 1 Teemo. Unique -- Quest: After collecting 500 Gold with Favor, This item gains the WARDING active with 3 wards in stock.
Hunter's Blowgun: +Atk Spd; Unique Passive - Nail: Basic Attacks vs Monsters deal an additional 35 damage on hit -- Specialize: For every [x] Large/epic monsters slain, create a poison cloud that deals [y]% of damage to monsters and recently smited enemies as true damage.
[Counts as Hunter's Machete for craft purposes. Maintains passive when built in to the further upgrades.] (Yes, it's poorly worded. Intent is: If you have slain [x] large monsters, when you do damage to a monster, you create a cloud around it that does an additional [y]% of damage as true damage, including to the original monster.]
Mosquito Bite: + 25 Move spd; Specialize: For every [x] times you cause an unpoisoned Champion to be poisoned, your darts travel an additional 0.75 Teemos out the other side of your target, potentially hitting someone else. For each target you hit with a piercing dart, you gain +5% move speed while running away from a poisoned enemy. (By darts, I do mean to include both auto attacks and Q. Can't figure out a concise way to say that.)
**Devil's Cunning: **+MR; Specialize: You immediately gain stealth for 0.25 seconds upon entering a brush (15 second cool down). Being hit by crowd control 10 times increases stealth by 0.25 seconds. [Builds in to a slightly higher cost Mercurial Scimitar, which grants stealth on activation as though entering a brush.]
