Who does more damage: Lux or Xerath

Xerath by far, his maximum output (if he's able to land his full rotation and all 5 shots of his ultimate) is a staggering 2,010 (+415% AP) (that might even be the highest full rotation damage of any mage in the game lol). In most practical situations, Xerath's rotation is 710 (+210% AP)

That said, Lux's QER combo is FAR more consistent, especially due to how detatched from his kit Xerath's ultimate is; dealing 1,180 (+225% AP), bear in mind that includes only one passive proc; each additional proc will increase the damage by 190 (+20% AP).

Luxerath does the most damage.

Xerath has much higher damage but his spells have more wind-up and aiming required.

Lux has more consistent and easy to apply damage simply by spamming Singularity and her 40 second CD ult in the enemy's general direction.

From raw damage potential? Xerath by far. However, Lux only needs to land that Q which can pirce through one target and the rest of her kit will follow for sure, xerath has a harder time applying his target, and often enough lux's damage is high enough to 100-0 a squishy anyway.

Lux damage is more consistent, harder to dodge. I hate her

Xerath does way more damage. Lux damage is VERY low. her cooldowns are super long. if lux had shorter cooldowns, it might be closer, but Lux is honestly pretty terrible when it comes to dps. she basically can poke a tiny bit, but her kit is built around catching someone with a binding and sniping them out from a mile away.
