Fps drops on euw

On eue everythign is perfectly fine.but since patch 7.9 and especially in this patch im getting insane fps drops.since its only on euw i know its not cause of my pc.any1 else having same problems?

Uh, do you mean network latency? Because FPS drops are due to system capabilities.

If it IS an FPS issue, it is definitely because of your PC. Try lowering the graphic presets

not due to system capabilities, i'm in EUW and am experiencing the same issues. perfect ping of 20. fps of 70 but after a few minutes it drops to 01/02. also after patch. Never had this kind of issues in the 3 years i've been playing lol
