Anti-Tank AD Item

Hey Riot, now that we're getting into S5 and tanks are becoming more and more prevalent.....can we finally have an Anti-Tank AD item that doesn't completely suck?

AP users have Morellonomicon, which is actually pretty awesome and useful on many champions even if there isn't a single tank on the enemy team.

AD users have Executioner's Calling, which is nearly totally useless even vs. tanks because the amount of damage you lose from using it is not worth the Grievous Wounds passive.

I will treat this as if this is not a troll. For dealing with tanks, buy Last whisper or botrk. Executioner's calling was removed from SR and no one used it to deal with tanks.

AP users utilize Void staff as well.

item 3165 and item 3123 are actually anti-healer items. I agree that Exe's sucks, but this is a really niche problem. Riot wants to eventually phase out the healing reduction items, so don't expect them to do much with these.
