Ekko gets one shotted and doesnt have enough damage to one but recently fixed a bug with ekkos passive, but ekkos passive doesnt activate anymore in sync activates every 5th hit so 3 passive activates, 2 hits no active gain and the next hit active can start again.. not air for for skirmishing assasin that takes four seconds to activate a stun. any explanation?
