Show spell range option?

I was wondering if there is a way to show the spell range when you press a key and the spell get casted once you release that same key.

How have you been playing for at least 3 seasons and reached Diamond but don't know about the "Quick Cast with indicator" option? It's in the Hotkey settings.

The only thing I don't like about quick cast with indicator is there's a small delay if I want to use the ability instantly. Other than that it's fine. Is there a way to stop that delay?

There isn't from what I know of. Really frustrating when you want to play someone like Kha'Zix, because you need every millisecond you can get for those double jumps.

I assume the delay you are talking about is the distance the key itself must depress before registering the release. The only way around this is to A) not use the indicators, or B) get a keyboard with switches designed to reduce this distance (yes, there are several types of switches for precisely this kind of customization). Other than that, being quicker on releasing the key yourself certainly helps.

I have a fast keyboard and I press the key as fast as possible but it still delays. Its like it tries to create the ability indicator and then shoot the ability instead of not showing it when just pressed quickly

A good example is gangplanks q and e. On quick cast WITHOUT indicator his q and e cast immediatly as soon as the key is pressed and released. But with quick cast WITH indicator you can tell his barrels and q are delayed slightly when the key is pressed. Makes gp very frustrating to play for me
