Is lux's kit counterplayable once you get hit by a ability?

Ok, so i played a game with a darius who got 4k health, Meanwhile, lux, Lucian bot lane support lux who is 5/7 meets this 3/1 darius and 2 SHOTS HIM IM NOT FUCKING WITH YOU, THIS LUX WHO didn't even have a rabadons or hard ap item 2 SHOTTED A 4K HEALTH 120 MR DARIUS With a q and a e, and any time we were hit by a e or a q we were dead and how are we surpose to counterplay this? if we cant even build mr to counter this what are we surpose to do? (worth mentioning lux built no magic pen) We also had a 6k health Leona meanwhile over here with 6k health and 160 mr and Gets combo'd so riot please PLEASE nerf lux's ap ratios or if your not nerfing her ap ratios her kit needs a MAJOR redesign, meanwhile lux has made it on to the perma ban list until i can find a way to counterplay her AT ALL, So right now my bans are: Lux (play one then say she doesn't deserve a spot) Yi (For obvious reasons) And of course no not the new champ its balanced No not veigar with his infinite ap, And not nasus with his after 30 mins i can 5v1 style! But And you've seen him before! KOG (for obvious reasons) This meta... is cancer if you play someone not in meta then you just dont win, as simple as that so riot great game right here maybe while your at it you should give some of the picks that haven't seen the light of day since there release ( you will not be forgotten And nor will you )
