So first let me get this out of the way I DONT KNOW WHY I GOT RESTRICTED, But i have a 10 game chat restriction and its awful i just played my first game and i got a total of 8 msg's during this game and i used every one i could 36 min game btw So please riot, there has to be another solution as i played EXTREMELY bad during that game (and actually got reported for not talking!) just because i have a chat ban....
