I can't even comprehend why his Q gives him both tenacity AND silence.
You don't even know what the champ really does and you dare to complain.....
His Q is just a MS steroid (who is the second worst I remind) and the silence who is just 1.5 sec (remind cho got a silence who last more than 2 sec and it AOE)
Also remind that silence is the worst CC in the game now since you can buffer your ability.
I see you history and you lose vs a Garen with predator as Renekton
Okay first Renek is good vs Garen so you have the matchup advantage AND since Garen has predator normally he is not supposed to be able to trade a Renek, most of the time Garen has to concede the lane if he play with that keystone.
The only way I see you lose that lane is you make to many BIG mistake, a Garen with predator can only punish if the opponent does stupid decision (sorry but that the word) like your wave management was bad, you don't play around CD (garen W is 20 sec don't tell me you can't do something and you can ignore his burst by healing you with your Q), you recall timing was bad etc.
Garen predator can only start to shine in midgame by getting some pick or by flanking the enemy, this kestone is macro oriented.

This Garen was building juggernauts item, Trinit and Sterak who are offensive item so it normal if he does damage because that what a juggernaut is supposed to do.
Juggernaut class can deal a lot of damage (around 1k-2k in midgame) and got a good survivability and durability ( Garen is more focused on durability with his resistance compare to Darius who got more survivability with his healing) but in exchange they got a low mobility compare to the other class, Garen and Sett got the worst MS steroid, Darius and Morde only have a grab etc.
If you lose your lane vs a Garen it just because your a not good enough at the game so instead of complaining try to find your mistake and start improving.
