Might as well just raise the CDR cap to 50%

There's so much cooldown reduction crammed into every item now it's actually hard to NOT go over the cap.

How about no

Thanks for asking though!

I think perhaps they went a little overboard with the CDR on everything.

Well, they nerfed the AP values, but the items are not that cheaper. AP mages/assasins deal less dmg this season outside of the Thunderlords procs. I hope that they will remove Thunderlords next season.

It's hard to NOT go over the cap.

That is literally the point. This is 100% intentional design.

On some champions with item 3078 i've been going over the cap because many of them require that I build item 3110 and item 3065 together... I've stopped building Spirit Visage on those that have little or no sustain, such as Irelia or Jax, and instead I've been building Maw of Malmortius for the increased damage, even though Spirit Visage has superior tankyness, as I don't want to overcap the CDR.

On Nasus and Hecarim I still overcap because the sustain increase from Spirit Visage is too good to pass up for them. Either that or I build item 3025 and Spirit Visage and then go for runes to complete the 40% CDR. However, the Triforce route still offers superior damage and mobility.

Is it bad for every one to have more CDR? Makes for more exciting game play right? we all know how much people love URF?
