Is Udyr ever getting a phoenix buff or champion rework?

Udyr's phoenix stance is a joke. I can go tiger and just buy tiamat. Basically udyr is a champ insted of having an ult he has to option to do hardly decent mid game damage and less waveclear than a tiamat can bring.
