Zaun's not really a city that puts a lot of emphasis on restraint...

More to the point, though, I think there are some serious problems to this item, primarily that you're treating a 2500 gold item like a consumable. The other problem is that you're making this item destroy other items, especially on-hit items which are typically expensive (making a item 3153 disappear from a marksman would destroy their itemization). Not only would item destruction not likely be any fun at all, the fact that this item punishes champions so hard for killing your champion is also a major issue. The active is also broken, since 1250 damage from any single item source means you could one-shot opponents with this item alone. Granted, there's a major cost to this, but that means both sides lose super-hard. I don't think there's really anything in that passive or active that can be salvaged, as neither present healthy gameplay.

Well that was kind of the irony to calling it "Restraints" lol. Because I was imagining it thematically like an explosive laced strait jacket that allowed you to suicide into the enemy team. lol.

And the Actives damage wouldn't be true damage so I'd think it would be subject to appropriate magic resists right? Not to mention killing yourself and losing the item to do it is a pretty hefty cost to do such damage.

I understand that something like this would never EVER see the light of day. I just had the idea mulling around in my head and felt like putting it out there.

I feel like the logic behind this item's passive and active came from Yu-Gi-Oh! or something. Trap card: So and so monster attacks, destroy both monsters, deal half attack points to enemy life points. Card is then sent to the graveyard ect.

I don't think item destroying would ever be a thing. There's just so many ways it could go wrong, very few ways, or basically no ways that I can think of, for it to go right, or even be worth it.

Would be a great troll item, everyone on your team buys one, and destroys every item on the enemy ADC or something.
