She's been out for a while and her passive needs rework to make her being able to be used in other roles more viably.
I'd say a bit more than 600 (otherwise she'd be able to proc her own passive if her ADC is Cait or Senna)...Maybe closer to 800-1000 range?
Good idea overall, imo. Might need tweaks, but seems good. Most importantly, it'd give her some semblance of waveclear.

No, Not every champion needs to have multiple roles. She is a support and should be only a support.
The idea of Leona being able to proc her own passive before has been tested before and it always results in her being incredibly broken. Even at just 50% effectiveness it gives her way too much damage/waveclear in a solo lane or gives her too efficient jungle clearing.
She honestly just needs a new passive all together.
If I had a dollar for every time this idea is suggested, I could buy Riot and make the change myself.

Leona deserve rework. I really like thicc girls and impressive MMORPG knight like armors. I would like to see Leona as offtank with decent clear and trading ability, like Shen who I find really balanced.

All these items have a passive or active effect which can count as "something used by outside sources" and proc her passive.
and (and other variations) will constantly proc her passive in the jungle, and only once on enemy champions. So, it would just give her clear speed.
would probably be the only way she could reliably constantly proc her own passive, oh, along side the Tiamat and Hydra line, but those requires her to auto attack.
And I'd just avoid giving her synergy with

If anything she needs nerfs, not buffs.
