It's a very fun item. It really is. My favorite junglers can fully abuse it and it's totally worth it. It's a great item.

Unfortunately, you have a ranked mode in this game where balance is important. You even have a competitive scene where money is at stake. There are kids that want to go pro some day, and not all of them main jungle. So, while the new devourer is extremely fun, it's also extremely unbalanced and unfair.

It's also a bit disconcerting that you released runeglaive, an on-hit jungle item, only to release a better on-hit jungle item shortly after. Champs that can really use runeglaive would be better off building devourer + any other spell blade item.

I hope by Tuesday, a simple change will go through.

Maybe make it so it doesn't proc on abilities, and only on other items. This would help balance it without making it useless. It'll still be strong on champs that like attack speed and on-hit effects. Unfortunately, even this is not enough. Champs with no on-hit effect abilities can still build it and be better off than with the other jungle enchants.

So, it must also be made to proc on every 3 hits instead of 2. Most powerful on-hit abilities are on every 3 hits (silver bolts, diana's passive, ekko's passive, Jax's R passive, etc), with some on even more hits (yi's passive). Every other hit is way too strong on these abilities, and such is the same for the new devourer.

Two simple changes to bring it in line.

So, thanks for the fun item for this week but if you let it go for too long, it's going to go from good fun to sheer frustration.

P.S. Please bring back Magus. Some AP junglers would like to have this, and not just Fiddle.
