FIora's new ultimate oversteps the concept of a duel.
The reason why FIora's ultimate is problematic right now has a lot of reasons, but I'm going to go over the balance one first. So your usual late game, Fiora with tons of life steal dives on our adc. Now she has two life steal items and a lot of damage, but we have three members their including both damage dealers and are about to take her out, and she's completely alone. With all of her upfront burst (doesn't make sense for a "duelist"), she has just enough damage to kill our Jinx. The combination of the massive aoe heal with her life steal turns what should have been a suicide into a 1v3.
Now, the thematic reason, is that while the ult makes sense in lane, it feels stupid when you are overall winning the fight, but they manage to cc one squishy and fiora hits them once before the team nukes them to death and suddenly they are at full hp.
Two solutions I can think of are either weakening the heal based on how many marks Fiora hits before they die, or spreading the heal out more and forcing Fiora to proc at least 2 marks to get it.
