So, you're giving the most dominant mid laner right now true damage, but you're making up for it by not being able to carry three balls then e, and give the ult a 20 second longer cooldown? That doesn't seem like a very good trade off.

{Keep note that the true damage is 20%} I feel as if RIOT are going to remove these changes within the next patch because of all the bitching that's going to happen. Enough with the true damage please, I don't need 5 vaynes on the enemy team.
