Had a legitimate intentional feeder on my team.

I had a Vayne one trick who's name I wont give out, due to RIOT's ToS, who's champion got banned by our team by mere accident. Because of this, he decided to say "ok %%%got" to our support teemo. He then, locked in Kindred bot with ghost and teleport with warlords bloodlust, and stated that he's going top, which was my role. I told him if he wants to get reported x4, then go right ahead, and he said confidently "i've never been banned". So, he followed me top lane, then died purposely by taking 2 turret shots and letting my lane opponent, Yasuo, kill him. He further teleported to my lane, then died purposely AGAIN. I decided to teleport bottom lane, since it was all alone and the Varus and Janna were just seiging the tower for free, but he decided to go bot and die another 4 times there by running straight at them. Furthermore, at 17 minutes, he was still level 2, and was spamming that he was "64% to level 3". His final score was 0/11/0 with a solid 12 cs, which he purposely took from me in my lane, might I add.
