Sylas got a buff instead of a nerf..
Sylas can pretty much 1v1 anything and has huge 1v5 potential and this is probably the first time i'm going to ban the same champion until he gets balanced...

They nerfed his tank build, which is what most people were taking as it was the much more successful build on him.
His W's heal is still too much.
only dumb part about him is the heal rest is underwhelming, cancer but underwhelming
I guess people gloss over the fact base shit got nerfed and scaling got increased. Not only that, but Sylas' general power is dependent on what ults he can grab from the enemy. If you have 5 "useless" teamfight ults (Comp example, Yorick Top, Udyr Jg, Zoe Mid, Sivir ADC and Janna Support (hers is okay, but not the best for support ult grabs)), he basically only has his basic kit for teamfight, and if he doesn't have a good comp around him, he's basically gonna do nothing.
