I return to fountain and sell all my items for an hourglass/GA (if it's gg) just to make sure they can't fountain dive me for the penta.
It usually becomes my goal to deny the penta
Edit: thinking back, ive denied more enemy penta kills than I have received quadrakills

I do my best to get away. To get a penta, you gotta earn it
depending on my mood ill sometimes give them a penta, but if they were being a %%%% during the game ill sit in the fountain*[slayer-pantheon-popcorn]*

last game i played tankali, enemy fiora got a quadra kill and all that was left was our lee sin, he q'd a minion in top wave, ward hop behind baron pit, when he was making the way down to mid, fiora used tp to ward nearby to chase him, but he q'd scuttler and ward hop to blue, then he regenerated his health in a camp and killed fiora 1v1
Time to retreat 
gotta work for it. Although i typically just kill them.
