Just pretend you don't have a Q since you'll never land it anyway, hell, you can't even land your R.

Early on it isn't really hard. Right after she releases an auto you see where she will land and shoot it there, without attack speed it will land. Later on though forget about it haha.
Landing Q's on her should be easy early game as she telegraphs where she'll be going so you can wind up and hit her every time. Alternatively you had a Nidalee support... which if she can't land her spears and doesn't heal might as well just afk.... however she out damaged you... so thinking the problem might not be Kalista...
I also hate playing Caitlyn against Kalista :D I simply miss 8 out of 10 Piltower Pacemakers xD
