No sarcasm, thank you riot for what you did with bard, when he was released he was the new "retard" for the game: troll ult, leaving lane every 10 seconds and having no impact.

NOW, he is a freaking beast, he gets so much XP and mana from roaming he can jungle, without killing creeps (almost) he can now be played jungle and support. when i see a bard with mastery 5 on the enemy team i get scared because this guy probably knows what he is doing. +AP bard is also good, he can take dragon early (yes he can) and overall the last patches turned him from a roaming retard to one of the best supports in the game
