What If Players Who Fill Frequently Get a Special Icon or Ward Skin or Something?

To encourage shorter queues, etc. there should be a realistic incentive. What do you think? Would this work?

Didn't they do something similar to that with the whole "playing as 1 person/group/5-man" thing a while ago, which failed miserably due to its inability to accurately "Read" stuff like that (many people reporting that they'd do like 80% solo only games yet still get the 5-man icon)?

In a perfect world, rito would stop catering to a select few characters and actually start trying to balance out their game properly. Mid-lane mages have to stop being played as supports, the jg meta has to stop being "early-game assassin" focused, and something really has to be done with all of these "limbo" characters whose counters literally consist of either popping them instantly or ban them in champ select (camille). In a perfect world, we wouldn't be seeing the same 15-20 characters being played constantly in LCS games with very little consideration on anything else unless the teams have prepared specific team comps to actively counter those things (like what UOL is doing with camille to force blue side to ban it). Sadly, it looks like rito doesn't care too much about any of that. #LCSbigplays exists, and takes far more priority over anything else.

Every five games you fill, you get a token that can be exchanged for a free skin boost (you unlock a random skin for the champ you're playing for one game).

Works perfectly because you probably have skins for champs you play regularly, this makes experimenting with new roles more fun.
