Veigar only needed the E nerf , not damage nerf also

His E was too op cuz of the damage he could do solo. as having a skill that makes all your other combo easily landed with tons of damage Nerfing his E should've been enough, But they nerf also his R damage , his W damage , turn his Q into skill shot , And remove his mana regen passive. For a champion that has been there for more than 4 years, It doesn't make any sense that he is suddenly OP specially after removing DFG and gutting unholy grail. He had every spell and even passive nerfed + removed , reworked items without any compensation . I am not complaining, i just don't get how can Rito do that to a very old champion That's not a mechanical rework to make him more competitive , That's OBVIOUSLY a huge nerf. don't "get gud" me , that's a nerf. How is he suddenly too op and need to be heavily nerfed. LCS? pls don't tell me just cuz he shined in LCS then he is a threat. F*CK LCS honestly.
