Idea to OPTIONALLY make solo q more like LCS

Give players the option in a ranked lobby before they queue up to make their player stats (name, match history, most played champions, elo, etc) available to be seen by the enemy team in champ select so that IN RETURN the team the player is on gets an lp bonus if they win the game. The bonus is increased additively for each teammate that opts in. The amount of lp lost would not be affected by this and would be determined soley by team mmr as it's always been.
