There's just so much variability in the game right now
I never see the same champs banned in each queue nor do I see the same champs in each game. In addition I rarely know what items people will build.

I respetfully have disagree. i see the same champs banned ( rengar, kha zix, jayce, camille) sometimes with the counter ban to a persons pick but to say the same champs never get banned would be a complete lie. With lethality still so strong i find it hard pressed not to see at least one lethality build champion in each game (varus, jhin, jayce, exc) On topside there arent too many choices out there right now. Botside gets beat by lethality adcs and melee supports are almost never seen.
I love how much people are qqing when the same items was build for 5 roles every game before lethality buff
