How does Press the Attack interact with Runaan's Hurricane?

^Title. Working on rune pages for ADCs, and I realized that could potentially interfere with Press the Attack, if the secondary bolts prevent you from landing 3 consecutive attacks on the same champion. If it does, this would make it pretty bad on champions like and , since Hurricane is an important item for them.

It works the exact same way that item 3085 works with Vayne 's silver bolts. It's considered an on-hit effect, but won't proc on the secondary bolts.
